"What is included in your wedding photography packages?"

"How many hours of coverage are included in each package?"

  You get to choose! We have many tiered packages that include a variety of different hourly coverages. If you want to add an extra hour to a specific package, this costs 350 for coverage.

"Do you offer customizable packages based on our needs?"

      Yes! If there is a package that you are interested in but don't need any specific add-on, we can remove that feature & reduce the cost.

"Can we see examples of your previous work or a full wedding gallery?"

     We have many "Real Weddings" on our website. You may check them out .

"Do your packages include engagement or pre-wedding shoots?"

    This would be the same with our "Wedding Sessions".

"Will there be a second shooter included?"

     If you order Photo+Video Package ,Tina and Yoel are will both be at your wedding , we are each other’s second shooter ,no matter what package you choose! If you only order individual package, there will be only one shooter at your wedding.

"What is your turnaround time for delivering the edited photos?"

     We try to be as quick and efficient as possible, so we strive to send you your images/film within 2-3 weeks.

"Do you offer photo retouching or editing services?"

     Yes! Our state-of-the-art editing/mastering services are always included in every package at no additional cost.

"Are there any travel fees associated with the package, especially for destination weddings?"

     Travel is always free to your event.

​

"Do you have backup equipment in case of any technical issues during the wedding?"

     In both photography & cinema, we have backup camera's and equipement just in case anything goes wrong.

Is there a deposit required to secure your services, and what are the payment terms?"

     All couples are required to deposit $200. This is non-refundable if you cancel your event. If we have an emergency, we will fully refund/transfer your deposit (more details in your contract). We have many backup photographers/videographers to choose from, if this happens. (In 7years in the wedding industry, we have never cancelled on anyone...).

"Do you offer a contract outlining the services, costs, and expectations?"

     Once you choose the package you want for your event, we will send over a specialized contract for you to review. This also includes information regarding payment information.
